Job Description

岗位职责：
ResponsibilitiesFinal products quality management: Commercial inspection, delivery check, COA release ,quality data and statistical analysis
成品质量管理：产品商检，发货检查，COA开具，质量数据台账及统计分析Process management:? Nonconforming product marking, Disposal scheme review, track and root cause analysis. Verification of corrective and preventive actions; Process flow analysis, Optimize production process to prevent non-conforming product with related department.
过程管理：巡检过程中的不合格品、处置方案审核、处置跟踪和原因分析，并对纠正和预防措施进行验证；过程流程分析，与相关部门一起优化生产流程，预防不合格品的产生。Handle customer complaints, 8 D report analysis, Take corrective and preventive actions.
处理客户投诉，进行8D报告分析，采取纠正预防措施。Quality data and quality report preparing.
质量数据处理及质量月报准备Keep working with production and other departments to promote quality improvement, improve product quality awareness
与生产及各部门一起持续推?? 进质量改进，提升产品质量意识。Conduct internal& external audits and follow up to case closed
进行年度内审外审以及持续跟踪关闭。
任职资格：
QualificationsCollege degree or above Materials/chemical/engineering and quality management related
大专以上,材料/化工/工程及质量管理相关专业?3 years experience in chemical or lithium hydroxide product production and quality management
3年以上化工或氢氧化锂产品生产及质量管理经验Have strong communication skills, can effectively handle all kinds of conflicts and customer complaints
有较强的沟通能力，能有效处理各种冲突及客户投诉Have experiences on lithium hydroxide production and quality management are preferred
有氢氧化锂相关生产及质量管理经验为佳Familiar with office software, Such as Excel/word/SAP/Mintab, etc
熟练使用办公软件，Excel/word/SAP/mintab等Have basical knowledge of ISO9001、ISO14001&ISO45001
具备基本的质量 ISO9001环境1SO14001职业安全健康IS045001管理体系知识。Basic english reading and writing skills
